Katie Swan Wins in California

Katie Swan claimed the W25k Oracle Pro Series title in Claremont, California this week. The former grantee won five matches and beat Thaisa Grana Pedretti of Brazil in the final 6-1, 6-3. This was Katie’s first tournament title of the year and has been battling injury throughout the summer. A very well deserved win and well done from everyone at Tennis First, we are right behind you. Katie plays the W25k in Waco, Texas next week.

In the Men's draw former grantee Liam Broady reached the singles final, losing out to Belgium's Michael Geerts 6-3, 6-2. A fantastic week of tennis by Liam too.
